Tinplate coils, selected to comply with ASTM A623 standards, are processed through automated stations for cutting, scoring, and assembly. Cleanrooms help maintain hygiene during coating applications, applying food-grade lacquers to meet ISO 9001 requirements.

Inline inspections, including optical scanning and pressure testing, ensure compliance with FDA and EU food safety guidelines, with a defect rate maintained below 0.01%. Scrap metal is recycled on-site at a rate of 98%, supporting cost control and environmental responsibility. Approximately 500 staff members, including experienced engineers, oversee daily operations to handle orders from small batches to large volumes.

Product Production: Practical Solutions for Canning

Our lines produce EOE tailored to common applications, using tinplate for durability and safety. Each type undergoes standard forming and testing to ensure reliable performance.

• Canned Food Easy Open Ends: Designed for fruits, vegetables, seafood, and meats. Available in sizes from 200# (49.4mm) to 603# (153.4mm), these provide secure seals suitable for sterilization and storage.

• Beverage Easy Open Ends: Built to manage pressure in sodas and juices, with scoring that supports up to 90 psi. These ensure stable opening and containment.

• Dried Food Easy Open Ends: Focused on protection for nuts, spices, and mixes, featuring seals against moisture. Lightweight construction aids in handling and transport.

• Peel-Off Lids: Combined with tinplate for ready-meals, offering easy removal and tamper evidence. Clear panels allow product visibility.

• Bottom Ends: Formed for stability, compatible with top lids to prevent leaks during stacking and shipping.

Customization options, such as adjusted tab strength or coatings, are available based on client specifications, developed through our R&D process.
